Yleistietoa espanjan kursseista: IMPORTANT ENROLMENT INFORMATIONOriginal Prices: You pay the original school prices with no additional charges in EURO (€) Included in the price: The Spanish language course includes welcome party, information package before arrival, tuition and accommodation as booked, placement test, use of course books and additional course materials, course certificate on completion of programme. Not included in the price: The Spanish language course does not include excursions and activities, extra nights (can be booked separately), airport transfer (can be booked separately, airport transfer is included in San Jose-Costa Rica, Antigua-Guatemala), just in case of examination course the D.E.L.E. examination fee. Enrolment: You fill in the online booking form und confirm the correctness of all data with a simple mouse-click on the "submit"-button at the end of the form. All data will then be sent automatically to us. We need a complete enrolment form in order to fulfil your wishes! Confirmation and Payment: You will receive your confirmation and invoice by mail or e-mail. By e-mail you will get the confirmation at least within 48 hours. Payment: A deposit of 20% of the total price is required after enrolment. The final payment is due 2 weeks before arrival. Payable by bank transfer to our Spanish account. Arrival Information: 1 - 2 weeks before arrival (on special request earlier) we will send you by mail or e-mail helpful arrival information like school address, emergency phone numbers, host family address, situation maps, bus time tables, a checklist etc. Insurance: Students are not covered for any illnesses, accidents or loss of personal properties. We highly recommend a travel- and accident insurance. We are not responsible for accidents, losses or damages etc. We are just the agent. Modifications of the services, prices and the correction of mistakes are reserved. Cancellation by the student: No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made at least 4 weeks before arrival. 10 % of the invoice will be charged for cancellations made 4 to 1 weeks before arrival, 30 % of the invoice will be charged for cancellations made less than 1 week before arrival. No refund will be made once the course has started, just in case of serious illness proved by medical certificate. Cancellations should be addressed to registration@spanisol.com. We recommend a cancellation insurance. Visas for Spain: Citizens of countries belonging to the European Union do not need Visas to enter Spain. Students coming from other countries should inform themselves as to the requirements for obtaining a Visa at their nearest Spanish Embassy. Course participants are responsible for valid pass-, visas- and foreign exchange regulations, airport and health regulations and for the completeness of their travel documents. The student bears the responsibility for all costs and disadvantages, which arise from disregarding of this regulation. To stateless people and double citizens apply special regulations.
